At Velotric, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all e-bikes in their original condition. Whether you need an exchange or a full refund, our team is dedicated to getting you back on the road as quickly as possible.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 2.
    Prepare the Bike

    Carefully disassemble your e-bike and place it back in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tools, chargers, and manuals are included.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the bike's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
