How long does shipping take for a new Velotric e-bike?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery via our specialized freight partners usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
What is the return policy for bikes and accessories?
We offer a 14-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging with less than 10 miles of usage for a refund, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
Do Velotric e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every new Velotric e-bike is covered by a 2-year limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, battery, and electronic components.
Are the batteries removable and how long do they last?
Our high-capacity lithium-ion batteries are fully removable for easy charging. Depending on the model and terrain, you can expect a range of 40 to 60 miles per single charge.
Do I need to assemble the bike myself?
Velotric bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. We provide all the necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide to help you finish the assembly in approximately 30 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm to help you pay over time.
